Meet the Team

Steve has been with Intex Facades since leaving the Royal Engineers in 2007.

He has worked his way up through the ranks taking on roles such as Estimator, Buyer, Project Manager and Designer until eventually being made Director in 2017.

In his free time, he enjoys trying to play golf and taking his young son to football sessions.

Alex has worked at Intex Facades since 2014 as a trainee and has progressed to become one of our Quantity Surveyors. In 2019 he obtained a degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management.

When Alex isn’t preparing cost estimates for Rainscreen Cladding systems, you’ll find him at the local airport making the most of his private pilots licence or with the family, walking his much loved boxer dog George.

Luke has worked for Intex Facades since 2022 as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor.
Luke is currently working towards a HNC in Quantity Surveying. Outside of work you’ll find him at the local gym keeping fit or jogging down the local trails. Luke likes to relax with friends whilst playing a game of Pool. He is also a lifetime supporter of Tottenham Hotspur and regularly travels to London to support his team.

Lee has had a progressive career with Intex Facades, since joining in 2007 as a trainee Estimator, he has worked his way up to Procurement Manager.

Lee takes pride in creating and maintaining good working relationships with both clients and our supply chain.

Outside of work you’ll usually find Lee watching his beloved Sheffield Wednesday or spending time with his children.

Kevin completed a degree in Architecture, before joining Intex Facades as a Designer in 2021. He is a creative individual with a passion for architectural design.

When Kevin isn’t working hard designing bespoke rainscreen cladding systems, he likes to keep fit by going to the local gym or swimming. He has a passion for football and is a life long Liverpool FC supporter.

Max joined Intex Facades as a Designer in 2022.

When Max isn’t working hard designing, he likes to keep fit by playing football or relax with friends over a game of pool.

Jess joined Intex Facades in 2018 and is responsible for admin control and project support. Jess has gained a HNC in Construction & The Built Environment.

When Jess isn’t busy supporting the Intex team you can usually find her walking her lovely little pup Milo, working out in the Gym or relaxing with friends and family.

Beth joined Intex facades in 2021,  as the HR and Recruitment Manager and is responsible for all things people here at Intex including recruitment, compliance and employee relations.

Outside of work you can usually find Beth at a local park with her little boy Elijah or catching up with friends over a coffee.

Jo is a finance controller with a strong background in accounts. After a small break to bring up her children, Jo went back to studying to complete her AAT accreditation before joining Intex Facades in 2008.

Outside of work Jo is kept busy looking after her growing brood of lovely grandchildren or taking day trips with her dog Jack.

Marius joined the Intex team in 2012 as a fixer, he worked his way up to site supervisor in 2013 before becoming our contracts manager in 2016. Marius has a key eye for detail and prides himself in making sure the sites run as smoothly as possible.

Outside of work Marius enjoys fishing although most of his time is spent making memories on days out with his fabulous wife and two children.

Piotr has worked with Intex as a subcontractor from 2008. In 2018 he joined the Intex Team as contracts manager.

Piotr manages projects nationwide and has a customer centred approach to all of his work alongside prioritising the smooth running and completion of contracts. In Piotr’s spare time he loves to go Skiing, watch football or relax with a good book.

He’s at his happiest when he is travelling with his lovely wife or spending quality time together as a family with the children and his dog Chika!

Andrius has worked at Intex Facades since 2013 in which he started off as a cladding installer before moving up to a supervisor role and now one of our valued contracts managers.

Andrius prides himself on making sure his projects run as smoothly as possible.

To relax Andrius likes to catch up with family and friends over a pint or by spending time on his passion – fishing!
