Roman Place, Bow

Project Details
Intex Facades successfully completed the replacement of the existing timber cladding to this scheme, with a new Marley Cedral Click system on a Nvelope Aluminium background.
There was the added challenge of designing and supplying the fixed scaffold and working on the private balconies of the occupied dwellings.
Built on a former Safeway supermarket, Roman Place in Bow boasts a mixed-use development, with 208 flats with basement parking, and shell and core retail units, one of which is a Tesco Metro. The building is in the heart of Tower Hamlets, superbly located between Whitechapel and Bethnal Green underground stations.
Each apartment features stylish and functional living spaces to maximise square footage and use clever design solutions to allow people to live in compact spaces. All the apartments also feature their own private balcony or terrace in which to enjoy the buzz of the surrounding area or that looks down onto the central piazza.
